As a consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, he partners with clients and provides questions and structure to help them create their pathway to achieving their individual and business goals. As an internal HR training professional in a major pharmaceutical company, he led and conducted global training initiatives in human resources as well as in intact teams and cross-functional teams and departments. An independent consultant and owner of Teamworks International for over 20 years, Michael works with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, non-profits to the military, and in business sectors which include pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotech and IT. |
