As an internal HR training professional in a major pharmaceutical company, he led and conducted global training initiatives in human resources as well as in intact teams and cross-functional teams and departments.
An independent consultant and owner of Teamworks International for over 20 years, Michael works with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, non-profits to the military, and in business sectors which include pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotech and IT.
